Expert Dietitian Deniz Zünbülcan told about the nuts that have the least calories, burn fat and are effective in losing weight.

DO NUTS WEAKNESS?
Nuts are a good alternative to meet vitamins, minerals and energy. If it is desired to help in weight loss, it would be more logical to use it during the day as snacks. It is not recommended to consume snacks at night in general, but it would be a much better alternative to prefer nuts rather than a packaged food.

Walnut
Omega-3 fatty acid content is very high. Thanks to this content, it is known to be protective against cardiovascular diseases. At the same time, omega-3 fatty acids are also effective in weight control and prevention of depression. In a study, it was observed that consuming 56 grams of walnuts per day improves endothelial function in overweight people with organ fat, and walnuts added to the diet do not cause an increase in weight.

Almond
Natural, fresh, unsalted almonds are highly nutritious and rich in healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Almonds are among the foods that people who want to lose weight can consume. It will facilitate appetite management and weight loss by providing satiety for a longer period of time with its low carbohydrate, high fat and protein content. However, attention should be paid to the portion size. 10-15 almonds are about 100 calories. For this reason, if you have a weight problem, you should be careful not to consume more than 10-15 almonds a day.

Hazelnut
Thanks to the type of fat and fatty acids, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals it contains, it is a very important nutrient for a healthy body. Although most people avoid eating it due to its fat content, hazelnuts help control appetite. It is the best source of monounsaturated fatty acids and studies have shown that it is effective in preventing coronary heart diseases. Hazelnut, which contains magnesium, manganese and vitamin B6, is also effective in reducing premenstrual symptoms in women.

Pumpkin seeds
It contains vitamins E, B, C, K and minerals potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus. Pumpkin seeds are a good source of fiber, an important food for a healthy digestive system. Thus, it is an ideal snack for weight loss.

pistachios
It is high in fiber and protein. This combination of ingredients increases your satiety and makes it easier to control your appetite at meals. In a 24-week study, it was seen that those who met 20% of their daily calories from pistachios had more waistlines than those who did not eat pistachios.
