What is the Swedish Diet, How is it Made?

This effective weight loss method, which we know as the Swedish diet, is actually a 13-day metabolism diet. Although it is called the Swedish diet, it has nothing to do with the Swedes. It is thought that the Swedish diet may have been inspired by the Copenhagen diet or the Scandinavian diet.

The Swedish diet is among the favorite slimming methods of summer months every year. The Swedish diet, which is the new trend for those who want to lose weight fast, aims to lose 7 kilos in just 13 days. Better still, you won’t be able to regain those pounds in two years because it changes your metabolism. However, as with every diet, before starting the Swedish diet, we recommend that you consult a specialist about your health and apply it under the control of a dietitian. The 13-day Swedish diet list in our news consists of only a compilation and recommendations.
